Accreditation

CCCA is a non-profit college granting a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Cinematic and Media Arts and an Associates of Applied Science Degree in Film and Media Production. The Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC) accredits the programs. The Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs has authorized CCCA to operate a non-profit institution of higher education.

The U.S. Secretary of Education has continuously recognized ACCSC as an independent, non-profit accrediting agency since 1967. The Commission enforces strict standards and practices, which contribute to the development of a highly trained and competitive workforce through accredited institutions. Their mission is to serve as a reliable authority on educational quality and to promote enhanced opportunities for students.

NOTE: The ACCSC is a national accrediting body. If you intend to obtain a bachelor or master’s degree from another institution, please check with that institution regarding their policy on accepting nationally accredited classes and degrees.
