As a Compass College of Cinematic Arts student, you (and your parents) will have a variety of responsibilities when it comes to obtaining financial aid. Our Financial Aid Office needs your help and cooperation to make the process as smooth as possible for everyone. Some of your responsibilities will include:

1. File the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) as soon as possible after January 1 of the enrolling year.

2. If requested by the Financial Aid Office, submit all completed and necessary verification documents in a timely manner (Tax Transcripts, W2s, and other worksheets).

3. Complete and return all aid-related paperwork, such a loan request forms and master promissory notes, in a timely manner. These documents are best completed and e-signed online at www.studentloans.gov.

4. Complete loan entrance counseling at www.studentloans.gov.
*Students will also be responsible for completing loan exit counseling at the completion of their degree program.

It is important to contact CCCA's Financial Aid Office with any questions or concerns as soon as possible.
